Appointments

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if it is unsafe or outside our scope.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
NDIS cancellations follow the current NDIS cancellation rules.
Missed appointments may be billed at the full rate.
Clinical Advice
Any recommendations, including equipment suggestions, are based on professional judgement. You are responsible for using equipment safely and following instructions provided.
2. Equipment Purchases
Our online store offers assistive technology and home‑care equipment for NDIS participants, Aged Care clients, and private customers.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to supplier updates or manufacturing changes.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. NDIS and Aged Care invoice pricing may vary depending on provider requirements.
Payment
Private customers may pay at checkout.
NDIS plan‑managed and Aged Care clients must request an invoice.
Orders are processed once payment is received.
3. Shipping & Delivery
