  • We email an invoice to your plan manager

  • Once paid, your order is shipped

2. NDIS Self‑Managed

  • You can purchase directly through the website OR

  • Request an invoice and pay manually

3. Aged Care – Home Care Package

  • Submit the Invoice Request Form

  • We send the invoice to your HCP provider

  • Once approved and paid, your order is shipped
