Each day you’ll receive an online guided exercise session designed by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists you can follow at your own pace.

The movements are:

    You do not need any special equipment - just a chair and a little space.

    You can pause whenever you need to, take breaks, and move in a way that feels comfortable for your body.

Each weekday at 10am, a gentle guided exercise session is ready for you. You can follow along live or watch the recording whenever it suits you. You can do as many sessions per week as you like!
